To say the Louvre is overwhelming is an understatement but if you arrive early you just might be able to actually see the Mona Lisa! I was on the front line! Two hours of art and we were ready for lunch. Walked to the take out cafes in the Tuileries and ate in the gardens. Spent the afternoon in the Latin quarter just strolling

We rode the open air Big Bus around the city today, spent several hours in the Rodin museum and gardens. Dinner was bread, cheese, fresh fruit and veggies, then walked around the corner of the apartment to have gelato . Not a bad day!! Grant left us on our own today to deal with the metro and bus and only worried slightly when we didn't return to the apartment til 7!

Our last night on board ship
We arrived in Paris about 6pm. It takes the ship 6 hours to go about 20 miles, by train it takes about 20 minutes We went through several locks as we approached Paris. We dock for the night and disembark in the morning Here's a glimpse of our last evening on board ship
